Oatmeal protein balls

Oats are rich in a fiber called beta glucan, which has been associated with boosting the milk production hormone prolactin.

You can create these easy oatmeal protein balls by processing the following ingredients:

1 1/2 cups of oats

2/3 cup of peanut butter

2–3 tablespoons honey

Blend in a food processor and form into small rounds and eat!

Extra Treat - Why not add some organic cacao into the mix for the perfect sweet treat.

The Superfood Pregnancy Smoothie

This smoothie contains a lot of essential nutrients your body needs during pregnancy, and of course, beyond! Hydration is also key to breastfeeding so not only will you be feeding your body some gorgeous nutrients, you will also be topping up your fluids… win win.

Blend the following ingredients:

1 banana.

1 1/2 cups of frozen berries.

1 generous serving of greens.

2 tbsp of coconut oil.

2 tbsp flax/hemp seeds.

200-250mls of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
